Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager to support client onboarding and manage relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, and resorts using askPepper. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, driving client satisfaction, and helping partners maximize the value of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and ensure successful setup and go-live
  • Train clients on using the askPepper platform
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Monitor client performance and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and growth
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in hospitality or F&B industry
  • Familiarity with POS systems or SaaS platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
