Position Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to support client onboarding and manage relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, and resorts using askPepper. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, driving client satisfaction, and helping partners maximize the value of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful setup and go-live
- Train clients on using the askPepper platform
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Monitor client performance and ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and growth
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in hospitality or F&B industry
- Familiarity with POS systems or SaaS platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools
