In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we, Ahli Fintech, pledge to make your participation in our events, programs, other businesses and our community a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone. To this end, we’ve created the following Community Standards. Please consider these standards as a roadmap for contributing to and engaging with the Ahli Fintech community.
These Community Standards outline the behavior we expect from company personnel, program or event participants (including you), mentors, partners, contractors, vendors, clients, volunteers and general community members that interact with or within the Ahli Fintech (“Third Party(ies)”) which are related to diversity, inclusion, anti-harassment and general aspects towards others.
It is not intended to govern scenarios or behaviours outside of the scope of the Ahli Fintech activities. Nor is it intended to replace or supersede the protections offered to all our community members under the law. Please follow both the spirit and letter of these Community Standards and encourage other members to follow these principles into our work. Failure to read or acknowledge these Community Standards does not excuse a member from compliance with them. These Community Standards may be modified by Ahli Fintech from time to time and you must adhere to them at all times. Investigation of Potential Community Standards Violations
All conflict is not bad as a healthy debate may sometimes be necessary to push the Ahli Fintech to do its best. It is, however, unacceptable to be disrespectful or offensive, or violate these Community Standards. If a Third Party sees someone engaging in objectionable behaviour violating these Community Standards, the Ahli Fintech encourages the Third Party to address the behaviour directly with those involved. If for some reason, the Third Party is unable to resolve the matter or feel uncomfortable doing so, or if the behaviour is threatening or harassing, please report it following the procedure laid out below. You understand and acknowledge that Ahli Fintech will not be liable for any retaliation of the other or any Third Party(ies) or reaction to such encounters and you hereby release it, its affiliates, shareholders, directors employees and agents and from liability for any damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise.
Reports should be directed to email@example.com
The Ahli Fintech takes all reports of potential Community Standards violations seriously and is committed to confidentiality and a full investigation of all allegations. The identity of the reporter will be omitted from the details of the report supplied to the accused, while You understand that this omission does not eliminate the Third Party(ies) being reported from being able to identify or guess the identity of the Third Party(ies) reporting such violations of these Community Standards. Third Parties who are being investigated for a potential Community Standards violation will have an opportunity to be heard prior to any final determination. Those found to have violated the Community Standards can seek reconsideration of the violation and disciplinary action decisions. Every effort will be made to have all matters disposed of as soon as practicably possible from the time of receipt of the complaint.
Third Parties who do not follow these Community Standards in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by the Ahli Fintech at its sole and complete discretion.
These Community Standards may not address all conduct. It works in conjunction with all of the Ahli Fintech’s internal policies which may set out additional protections for, and obligations of, all Third Parties.
It’s impossible to spell out every possible scenario that might be deemed a violation of these Community Standards. Instead, the Ahli Fintech rely on one another’s good judgment to uphold a high standard of integrity within the Ahli Fintech. Sometimes, identifying the right thing to do isn’t an easy call. In such a scenario, raise the issue as early as possible.
Ahli Fintech community relies upon and values the help of Third Parties who identify potential problems that may need to be addressed within Ahli Fintech. Any retaliation against a Third Party who raises an issue honestly is a violation of these Community Standards. That a Third Party has raised a concern honestly or participated in an investigation, cannot be the basis for any adverse action, including, and not limited to threats, harassment, or discrimination. If a Third Party works with someone who has raised a concern or provided information in an investigation, such party should continue to treat the person with courtesy and respect. If the Party believes someone has retaliated against them, report the matter as described by these Community Standards. Honest reporting does not mean that the third Party has to be right when a concern is raised; the Third Party just has to believe that the information provided is accurate.
False reporting, especially when intended to retaliate or exclude, is itself a violation of these Community Standards and will not be accepted or tolerated.
Everyone is encouraged to ask questions about these Community Standards. Any feedback is welcome, and Ahli Fintech shall endeavour to provide a response as soon as practicably possible write to firstname.lastname@example.org .
