Nor is it intended to replace or supersede the protections offered to all our community members under the law. Please follow both the spirit and letter of these Community Standards and encourage other members to follow these principles into our work. Failure to read or acknowledge these Community Standards does not excuse a member from compliance with them. In such a scenario, raise the issue as early as possible.
No Retaliation
Ahli Fintech community relies upon and values the help of Third Parties who identify potential problems that may need to be addressed within Ahli Fintech. Any retaliation against a Third Party who raises an issue honestly is a violation of these Community Standards. That a Third Party has raised a concern honestly or participated in an investigation, cannot be the basis for any adverse action, including, and not limited to threats, harassment, or discrimination. If a Third Party works with someone who has raised a concern or provided information in an investigation, such party should continue to treat the person with courtesy and respect. If the Party believes someone has retaliated against them, report the matter as described by these Community Standards. Honest reporting does not mean that the third Party has to be right when a concern is raised; the Third Party just has to believe that the information provided is accurate.
False reporting, especially when intended to retaliate or exclude, is itself a violation of these Community Standards and will not be accepted or tolerated.
Everyone is encouraged to ask questions about these Community Standards. Any feedback is welcome, and Ahli Fintech shall endeavour to provide a response as soon as practicably possible write to contact@ahlifintech.com .
